BHRA AGM:

All meetings, monthly and annually are always held at The Chef School in Botha's Hill. Members (residents) are invited to make suggestions to us prior to the meeting.

Membership: 

Residents of Botha’s Hill can join the Botha’s Hill Residents Association at any time, but are especially encouraged to join at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is usually held in July/August of each year. At this meeting, an executive committee is elected from the attendees, to pursue the issues that arise in our area.  The committee meets once a month. Members are welcome to attend meetings, especially if there is an issue they would like to raise, and be involved in the solution. Please contact the chair.

Subs:

Subs are R50.00 per household, and R25 per senior household per annum. This is a very small sum of money, but assists the committee with such things as posting registered letters, maintaining a post box, inviting speakers to the AGM, and paying the subscription to belong to Conomirra (Confederation of Mistbelt Ratepayer & Residents Associations).
