  • A delicious 3-course lunch will be served, using our finest locally-sourced produce.
  • Home-made cordial will be available for everyone to drink but bring your own wine/beer.
  • The festivities include a wonderful line-up of music, singing and dancing! 

Booking is essential. To ensure a place, please let us know as soon as possible whether you are attending.

Springside Hillcrest Nature Reserve: Guided Walks

 

You, your friends and family are invited to join the regular twice-monthly walks held on the 2nd Wednesday and 2nd Sunday of each month. 

These mornings are an example of a real community effort to offer everyone an opportunity to enjoy pleasant mornings of easy walking and enjoying nature.  Non-walkers are invited to relax on the Resource Centre patio or in the shady picnic site while the walkers are out on the trails.

To share and appreciate the flora and fauna being conserved in this natural gem in the heart of an otherwise bustling Hillcrest, the walks are led by environmental specialists and/or general nature lovers who volunteer their time, knowledge and enthusiasm; tea, coffee and eats are served after the walks, also by voluntary helpers; all offers of assistance are welcome.

No charge, donations accepted for reserve improvements
