The SRA (Special Rating Area) subcommittee has been formed to investigate the possibility of Bothas Hill becoming an SRA area, where ratepayers, pay a bit extra every month, but that extra amount is dedicated to the area for spending on improvements as the Residents Association deems necessary. See item 9:
